Shipping fees are calculated based on the customer’s location and selected shipping method. The total order amount includes both product costs and shipping fees.

Order Processing Timeline

(All timelines are in business days—weekdays excluding holidays.)

  • Day 0:
    • Order is placed and held for 12 hours (“pending” status) to allow for modifications (quantity, color, address, etc.).
    • After 12 hours, the order is sent to production.
  • Days 1-6:
    • Production typically takes 0-6 business days.
    • Delays may extend production to up to 9 business days, depending on product type.
    • Weekends are not counted, though some vendors operate on weekends.
  • Days 3-6:
    • Tracking is generated when the shipping label is scanned by carriers (USPS, UPS, DHL).
    • Allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates.
    • (Some orders may show “Pre-tracking” before production—updates appear in 5-7 business days.)
  • Day 6+:
    • Domestic (US/EU): Up to 12 business days.
    • Express Shipping: ~6 business days.
    • International: Up to 30 business days.

Factors Affecting Delivery (Beyond Our Control):

  • Quality control failures (reprints add 1-2 business days).
  • Blank product shortages (substitutions may apply—see Article 7 in our Return Policy).
  • High-volume periods (+3-4 business days).

Note: Items in the same order may ship separately if:

  • One item fails quality checks.
  • Products are made in different facilities.

1.3. Shipping Fee Calculation

Fees depend on:

  • Vendor location (where the product is made).
  • Carrier (USPS, UPS, DHL).
  • Shipping method (Standard, Express, International).
  • Destination:
    • US territories (Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, US Virgin Islands) have different rates.
    • Orders with multiple products may ship separately (additional fees apply).

Express Shipping

iv. Why Is My Tracking Not Updating?

  • Carriers may delay scanning.
  • International tracking updates slower.

vi. Can I Ship to Multiple Addresses?

❌ No. Place separate orders for different addresses.

vii. PO Box/Military Addresses?

✔ Yes, but:

  • PO Box deliveries: Tracking = proof of delivery.
  • Military (APO/FPO): May take 40-45 days.

viii. Unupdated Shipping Labels?

  • Default return address: Taloha Shop.
  • Unclaimed packages are donated—we do not reship.

ix. VAT/Taxes?

  • Buyer pays all customs fees.
  • Check local regulations for exact charges.

Shipping Warranty

We guarantee:
✅ Package integrity (replace damaged items).
✅ Lost packages (replace/refund).
✅ Stolen packages (max $150 coverage—requires police report).

Claim within 14 days of delivery (30 days for lost packages).

Exclusions:

  • Natural disasters.
  • Incorrect addresses.
  • Customs delays.
